Only 10 percent calories from fat to improve tolerance and reduce pancreatic stimulation. It is useful in stressed and catabolic patients. May be used post-operatively as an enteral alternative to TPN and may also benefit patients with gastrointestinal impairment. It is a complete tube feeding.
